Heart of the City Mission Foundation was founded in 2010 and is located in the heart of Fort Wayne, Indiana. We are dedicated to addressing the poverty, food insecurity and education gaps in hopes of breaking the cycle of generational poverty. 

​

We are dedicated to redistributing excess food from local restaurants to restore food security for families in the heart of Fort Wayne and empowering working adults to succeed in all aspects of their lives.
 

Through collaborative efforts, we aim to create a sustainable and inclusive environment for those in the heart of our City and in the Greater Fort Wayne area.​
